1. Parties
Service Provider: Bali Sweet Dog Yacht Charter (balisweetdog.com), located in Bali, Indonesia.
Charterer: The customer who completes booking and payment through our official website.
2. Service Description
We provide private yacht charter services in Bali, including vessel rental, professional crew, standard safety equipment, and basic marina fees. All yacht operations comply with Indonesian maritime regulations.
3. Payment & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Full balance must be paid at least 24 hours before departure.
A security deposit of USD 500–2000 is required before sailing. The deposit will be fully refunded within 3–7 working days after the trip, if no damage, loss or rule violation occurs.
Fees not included: fuel surcharges, overtime fees, food, beverages, personal consumption, port taxes and landing fees.
4. Client Obligations
The charterer shall provide true information, follow all safety instructions, and obey local navigation rules.
Overloading, dangerous behavior, drunk sailing, drug use, restricted-area navigation and unauthorized commercial usage are strictly prohibited.
The client is fully responsible for any vessel damage, equipment loss or personal misconduct during the charter.
5. Overtime Rule
Any sailing time exceeding the confirmed charter period will be charged overtime fees of USD 100–300 per hour, based on yacht type.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. In case of bad weather, official maritime suspension or force majeure, you may reschedule the trip free of charge or receive a full refund.
7. Insurance & Liability
We provide valid vessel insurance and third-party liability insurance for yacht operation.
We do not cover personal injury, personal accidents or loss of personal belongings. All passenger personal risks are undertaken by the charterer.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or service failures caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, government control, maritime suspension or other uncontrollable situations.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. All disputes shall be settled by friendly negotiation or official arbitration in Bali.
10. General Terms
This agreement takes effect once the client completes booking and deposit payment. All online bookings on balisweetdog.com are subject to this official Service Agreement.
